What you can expect
- In Deiner Rolle bist Du für die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon oder E-Mail verantwortlich.
- Darüber hinaus erstellst Du Angebote auf Basis der Kundenbedürfnisse.
- Zudem bist Du für die Auftragsplanung sowie Abwicklung zuständig.
- Auch gehört die Dokumentation der Kundenanliegen und Anfragen in der Datenbank zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Last but not least bist Du der zentrale Ansprechpartner für das gesamte Montagepersonal.
What you bring
- Deine Basis bildet eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice einer Spedition oder einem Montageunternehmen mit und bist mit der englischen Sprache vertraut.
- Dein kunden- und dienstleistungsorinetiertes Handeln steht im Fokus Deiner täglichen Arbeit.
- Du agierst als kommunikativer und kundenorientierter Teamplayer mit einer selbstständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
- Dein Profil rundet ein sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen ab.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
