What you can expect
ASL Customs S.r.l. è una realtà dinamica e in continua crescita, specializzata nei servizi doganali, nella logistica e nella consulenza per il commercio internazionale.
Dal nostro ufficio di Casnate con Bernate (CO) lavoriamo ogni giorno con passione e competenza, supportando i nostri clienti nella gestione delle loro operazioni doganali.
Far parte del nostro team significa entrare in un ambiente collaborativo, dove la professionalità si unisce a spirito di innovazione e attenzione alla qualità.
Entrerai a far parte del nostro team Dogana, composto da professionisti esperti e motivati, e contribuirai a rendere più fluidi ed efficienti i processi dei nostri clienti. In particolare:
- Ti occuperai della gestione quotidiana del traffico import ed export di merci extra-UE.
- Redigerai le dichiarazioni Intrastat per gli scambi intra-UE.
- Sarai punto di riferimento diretto per Dogana e clienti, offrendo anche consulenze in loco quando necessario.
- Coordinerai e ottimizzerai i flussi di traffico merci, contribuendo al miglioramento dei processi.
- Gestirai la fatturazione attiva e passiva, garantendo precisione e puntualità.
- Curerai l’emissione e la gestione della documentazione di trasporto.
What you bring
Cerchiamo una persona con:
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Dichiarante Doganale.
- Una conoscenza approfondita della normativa e delle procedure doganali.
- Familiarità con i diversi tipi di traffico merci.
- Ottime capacità comunicative, sia scritte che verbali, e attitudine a relazionarti con clienti e autorità.
- Spirito di adattamento e buone doti di problem solving.
- Padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel.
- Una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
- La conoscenza del tedesco sarà considerata un plus.
Organizzazione del lavoro
Il ruolo richiede flessibilità negli orari:
- 2 settimane al mese: lun-ven, 8:30 – 17:30
- 1 settimana al mese: lun-ven, 9:00 – 18:00
- 1 settimana al mese: lun-sab, 6:00 – 15:30

Recruitment Process

Application screening

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
