What you can expect
- Als Mitarbeiter übernimmst Du die Betreuung unserer Kunden und bearbeitest deren Aufträge.
- Du stellst Dich flexibel auf die unterschiedlichen Kunden ein und kannst nach fundierter Einarbeitung umfassend beraten.
- Bei neuen Projekten unterstützt Du die operative Einheit und bist das Bindeglied zwischen dem Kunden und dem Projektteam.
- Abfragen und Auswertungen erstellst Du über das Archivsystem und übernimmst administrative Themen.
What you bring
- Du bringst eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung, Kenntnisse im Bereich der Office-Logistik sind förderlich.
- Du besitzt eine sympathische Telefonstimme und kannst dich klar und überzeugend ausdrücken.
- Darüber hinaus bist Du sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und beherrschst zudem die deutsche Sprache.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
