What you can expect
- Sie führen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen durch und berücksichtigen dabei die steuerrechtlichen und tariflichen Gegebenheiten.
- Dazu gehören die Datenpflege im Entgeltabrechnungsprogramm sowie das Anlegen und Führen der elektronischen Personalakten.
- Steuerliche und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Meldungen und Bescheinigungen nehmen Sie vor und kommunizieren mit Behörden.
- Weiterhin sind Sie für die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen verantwortlich.
- Wir setzen auf Ihre aktive Unterstützung beim Anfertigen von Auswertungen im Zuge monatlicher Abschlussarbeiten.
What you bring
- Hierfür kombinieren Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufspraxis in der Entgeltabrechnung sowie in der Zeitwirtschaft im Personalwesen.
- Sie punkten mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Steuerrecht, Sozialversicherungsrecht, Tarifrecht und Arbeitsrecht sowie Entgeltabrechnung und gehen routiniert mit Abrechnungssystemen um.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer überzeugen Sie uns mit Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Darüber hinaus bewahren Sie in jeder Situation die Ruhe und sind bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
