What you can expect
Im Tagesgeschäft bist du Ansprechperson für alle unsere Mitarbeitenden in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen. Du stehst ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
In deiner Rolle bildest du des Weiteren die Schnittstelle zu externen Personaldienstleistern sowie zu unseren Zentralabteilungen – der Lohnbuchhaltung und dem Recruiting.
Zu deinen Hautaufgaben gehören die Pflege des Zeiterfassungssystems, die Organisation rund um unsere Zeitarbeitnehmer und die Personalbetreuung – immer in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren operativen Führungskräften.
Die Rechnungsprüfung, Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Monatsabschlusses, die Bestellung von Materialien wie Arbeitskleidung oder Büromaterialien sowie die Pflege unserer Systeme (Arbeitssicherheitsdatenbank, Bewerbermanagement, Qualitätsmanagement usw.) gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
What you bring
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Bürokommunikation, als Industriekaufmann (w/m/d) oder
ähnliche Qualifikationen.
Idealerweise verfügst Du über Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von HR, Personalwesen und Administration.
Ohne IT geht nichts –Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit Office Toolkits und idealweise mit Personalmanagementsystemen.
Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und bist ein Organisationstalent.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
