  •  Verantwortungsvoll übernimmst Du sämtliche personaladministrative Prozesse und bist Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende.
  • Im Rahmen des Bewerbermanagements stimmst Du die Bedarfe mit den Fachabteilungen ab und begleitest den Recruitingprozess am Standort.
  • Gekonnt sorgst Du für die Durchführung unserer strukturierten Berufsausbildung und sicherst uns die besten Talente z.B. auf regionalen Ausbildungsmessen.
  • Du arbeitest eng, vertrauensvoll und lösungsorientiert mit allen relevanten Schnittstellen an unserem Standort sowie mit unseren zentralen Einheiten zusammen.
  • Verschiedene HR-Projekte runden Deinen Arbeitsalltag ab. Hier sind Deine Ideen gefragt!

What you bring

  • Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium.
  • Du bringst einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit. Idealerweise kannst Du zudem einen Ausbildereignungsschein gemäß AEVO vorweisen.
  • Du bist motiviert, engagiert und bringst Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick mit.
  • Als Ansprechpartner für unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter punktest Du mit souveränem Auftreten sowie einer empathischen und vertrauenswürdigen Persönlichkeit.
  • Zudem besitzt Du ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick über alle Zielgruppen hinweg.

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
