What you can expect
- Du bist für die Personaladministration des gesamten HR-Lifecycle verantwortlich (vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt inkl. Erstellen von Zeugnissen, Vereinbarungen, Überwachung von Bewilligungen etc.).
- Zudem bearbeitest du Kandidaten im Bewerbermanagement System (dazu gehört die Erstellung von Jobinseraten, Vorselektion und Korrespondenz).
- Ebenso fällt die administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Personalbereichsleiterinnen in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
- Ausserdem organisierst du Formalitäten zu Geburtstagen und Jubiläen und übernimmst weitere abwechslungsreiche, administrative Tätigkeiten.
What you bring
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Personalwesen.
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Sozialversicherungen bringst du mit.
- Ausserdem verfügst du über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, bist kommunikativ, verschwiegen und schätzt es sehr, selbständig zu arbeiten.
- Sehr gute, stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus. Weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Deine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit runden deinen Profil ab.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
